Managed and planned several large-scale events:
Managed, coordinated, and executed a high-end event with 170 attendees from across 8 Northeast states for the US Open and Red Sox games in Massachusetts (2022) including hotels, transportation, food, and ticketing with an approximate cost of $500k
Planned from inception to completion a DEI-focused Women in Insurance event with 70 attendees from across 8 Northeast states that included developing the agenda, branding the event and theme, facilitating hotel, food, event activities, internal and external speakers, and serving as the event emcee and moderator for a one-hour executive panel discussion
Planned from inception to completion four separate trips from the Northeast to Seattle, Washington with approximately 25 attendees (flying in from 8 Northeast states) for each trip including developing the agenda, facilitating the hotel, food, activities, and executive and business partner speakers
Planned from inception to completion two internal Northeast team meetings which brought together approximately 55 attendees across 8 Northeast states to a location outside of the Northeast including developing the agenda, creating and presenting strategic initiatives and workshops, and facilitating the hotel, food, activities, internal executive speakers, internal business partner speakers, and an external motivational industry speaker
Developed and executed on approximately 20 internal and external incentive campaigns to promote key strategic initiatives throughout each year
These campaigns are tracked through satisfaction surveys which resulted in maintaining a positive satisfaction result in key areas such as marketing and territory manager support with our external agency partners
Developed and managed new processes for marketing and communication which included file management systems, team training and awareness, and leading and facilitating region-wide team huddles on important programs and resources
This resulted in better overall awareness of marketing assets and campaigns along with greater transparency among the 50 team members
Received 43 internal Liberty Mutual Shine Point recognition awards from May 2020 to Aug. 2024 from colleagues and business partners

Managed transition from Hubspot to Pardot which included over 200 landing pages, 12 email nurture campaigns, email templates, a blog, and social media accounts
Optimized and managed over 35 web pages for programs to establish a consistent look with key information for prospective leads
Designed and transitioned 12 microsites from an old platform to Wordpress
Established 11 email nurture campaigns for marketing leads and customers
Developed strategy and managed advertising for 14 different audiences with 70 active campaigns which increased lead generation over three years across paid search, paid social, and industry publications
Increased event attendance from 60 to 120 in one year at an annual symposium by implementing a holistic marketing strategy, and maintained continued growth each year after
Assisted with grant proposal visual design that helped secure a $5 million grant from the state for a research facility
Presented on topics relating to marketing automation, lead generation and nurturing, and content marketing at three Higher Education industry events: UPCEA Annual Marketing Conference and Boston Salesforce World Tour
Received nine Higher Education marketing awards in four years during my time at WPI
Received three WPI SPOT employee recognition awards for leading and executing on strategic initiatives
